Client Registration

Four Simple Steps To Activate Your Clients For Report Access

1. Notify your clients of the Albridge Wealth Reporting application. Here is a sample letter that you can use.

2. Provide them with the Sign-In Page URL (Web address) and your Client Temp Password.

    a) Each of your clients will then need to go to the Sign-In Page URL and click on the "Registration" button.

    b) They will be prompted to enter their ID Number and the Client Temp Password (that you have provided to them). They will then click on the "Submit" button.

    c) The next screen contains a User Agreement that they will need to read and click the "Accept" button.

    d) The following screen asks them to select their own private User Name and Password and enter their personal information. Once that has been completed, they will again click on "Next."

    e) A Registration Confirmation screen will appear and they will click the "Go" button to complete the registration process.

3. You will then receive an e-mail notification which alerts you that they have registered. The name of each client that has registered will appear at the top of your Client List screen with an "Approve" link next to their name.

4. Once you click on the "Approve" link, your client will receive an automatically-generated notification e-mail authorizing them to access the system. At that point, they can log-on to the system, at their convenience, with the User Name and Password that they chose during their registration.

Note: You may want to create a link to your Albridge Wealth Reporting application home page from your own Web page, to make it more convenient for your clients.

Batch Jobs E-Mail Functionality
When each client registers, the e-mail feature of Batch Jobs reporting becomes available for that client. Batch Jobs allow you to automatically generate and distribute reports to registered clients via e-mail.
