Why am I getting a session timeout?
Session timeout is a securities layer that protects you from leaving the browser on idle if you are not actively using the system.

Why am I getting logged out immediately after logging in?
This is usually a result of your cookies being "disabled".

Please locate the browser version you have below and follow the steps to ensure that your cookies are enabled. (To find what version you have click on "Help" and then "About Internet Explorer" or "About Netscape".)

Internet Explorer: Versions 5.0 and 5.5

  1. Click on "Tools"
  2. Click "Internet Options"
  3. Select "Security" tab on top
  4. Click on "Custom Level" button
  5. Scroll down the options and make sure that "Allow per-session cookies-not stored" has "Enable" selected.
  6. Click OK and OK again. Then close your browser entirely before trying to log in again.

Internet Explorer: Versions 6.0 or higher

  1. Select “Tools”
  2. Click “Internet Options”
  3. Click "Privacy"
  4. Click "Advanced"
  5. Check “Override automatic cookie handing” if it is not already checked.
  6. Select the radio button for accept First-party Cookies.
  7. Check "Always allow session cookies".
  8. Click OK and OK again. Then close your browser entirely before trying to login again.

Netscape: Version 7.0

  1. Select “Edit”
  2. Select “Preferences”
  3. Click on the triangle next to “Privacy & Security” at the “Category” window. A list of Privacy and Security subcategories will expand.
  4. Click on “Cookies”Select “Enable cookies based on privacy settings”
  5. Click “View” button. A “Privacy Setting” window will pop up. Make sure “Level of Privacy” is set to “medium” if it is not already selected.
  6. Click “OK” to close “Privacy Setting” window.
  7. At the Preferences (Cookies) window, check “Limit maximum lifetime of cookies” if is not already checked. Make sure “current session” is selected.
  8. Click “OK” to submit. Then close your browser entirely before trying to login again.

Why is the report PDF not displaying?
Even though Acrobat Reader is installed to your browser, you still have trouble opening a printable report. You need to make sure your page gets refreshed on every visit.

Internet Explorer: Versions 5.0 and 5.5

  1. Click on "Tools" Click on "General" Tab if its not already selected.
  2. Click on "Settings" for "Temporary Internet files." The "Settings" window will popup.
  3. At check for newer versions of stored pages, make sure "Every visit to the page" is selected.
  4. Click "OK" and "OK" to finish. Then close your browser entirely before trying to login again.


Netscape: Version 7.0

  1. Select "Edit" Select "Preferences"
  2. Click on the triangle next to "Advanced" at the "Category" window. A list of subcategories will expand.
  3. Click on "Cache"
  4. At middle of the window where it says "Compare the page in the cache to the page on the network:" make sure "Every time I view the page" is selected.
  5. Click "OK" to finish. Then close your browser entirely before trying to login again.
