My Info

The My Info section is where you can update your personal information. If you are not able to edit your personal information, you must contact your financial advisor for any update. Make sure your personal information is correct. For instance, if your e-mail address is incorrect, you will not be able to receive any batch e-mail notices from your financial advisor, or use the “Forgot Password” e-mail tool if you ever forget your password.

The Set Default Report Setting option allows you to select the portfolio, report, and time period of your choosing as your default report. This default report will be the opening report when you click on the “Reports” link. Click on submit to save your setting.

The Change Password link is located on this page. You can change your password as many times as necessary.
