historical account information from third-party software systems, such as
Advent Axys, Schwab Centerpiece 5 and FCSI dbCAMS+ into Albridge
Wealth Reporting.
Overcoming the import challenges presented with other systems,
Albridge Solutions applies its proprietary scrubbing methodologies to the
imported data, prior to joining it to the Albridge Wealth Reporting database.
Advisors need only to "review and approve" the imported information,
and it will automatically be entered into the data warehouse. Once
there, it will augment your daily dealer-level data feeds with the additional
historical data required for dynamic, detailed and accurate reporting.
How Albridge Data Convertor Works
After Albridge Solutions receives your data, the Data Convertor utility
scrubs it, maps it to your existing core accounts, and then loads it into a
separate database for your review and approval. Full editing privileges1
are available to you within the "Review and Approve" screens, enabling
you to easily manage any data issues that might crop up. Automated
"Recon Transactions" and Alerts help to identify discrepancies, and mitigate
Compliance concerns with the unreconciled legacy system data.
Once approved, the now-scrubbed, imported data is automatically added
to the existing core data, providing you with a rich transaction-level and
cost basis history for the ultimate in client performance reporting and
account management.

Once we have received your data, an Albridge Data Conversion specialist will review it, and will ensure that any questions are properly addressed before commencing with the data load.
How To Take Advantage of Albridge Data Convertor
Advisors should check with their broker-dealer/home office to see if they have been approved, as well as to learn the current pricing structure for your broker-dealer. If Albridge Data Convertor has been approved, you can contact us and we will walk you through the registration process, and provide you with instructions for how to obtain and deliver your historical data to Albridge Solutions.
If you can't wait for Albridge Data Convertor to be approved by your broker-dealer, or you have only partial historical data in an existing portfolio management system, you can take advantage of the Albridge Wealth Reporting Historical Entry feature. Historical Entry allows you to manually update all of your Initial Positions in a similar manner to Albridge Data Convertor, and with the same reconciliation and approval controls.
